The Heavy duty Gas Countertop Char-broilers are versatile and stylish cooking appliances designed for commercial kitchens and food establishments such as restaurants, delis, cafeterias and hotels.

These heavy duty, compact and efficient cooking devices features a series of gas-powered cast iron bar burners (each 20,000BTU/hr) positioned beneath a grate or grill surface, controlled every 12” width. They are specifically engineered for high-temperature grilling and searing, making it ideal for cooking a variety of foods such as steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, and vegetables.

The grill surfaces are stainless steel in the front and galvanised sides and back that retain and distribute heat evenly for consistent cooking results. Equipped with large oil collectors at the bottom, zinc alloy knob with chrome coating and standby pilot for easy start.
