This mincer is 100% stainless steel from the worm to the screw ring, everything is made from top-quality stainless steel making it perfect for commercial use.
The giant hopper tray allows for plenty of room to put your chopped meat on prior to it being minced.
This mincer is fully made in Italy and all parts are available on our website.
